For Customers

How do I book a blowout?

Open the app, tap Book a Blowout, choose a service and time, and confirm. Your licensed stylist will come to the address you provide.

How does payment work?

Payments are handled securely in the app through Stripe. You'll see the full price — including any fees — before you confirm. We never store your card number.

What is a Glam Party?

Glam Parties let you book for a group — perfect for bachelorettes, weddings, and birthdays. Create a party, share the join code with your friends, and each guest picks their own service. Guests pay individually, or you can choose to cover someone's service.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

Open the booking from your Bookings tab and choose to cancel. For rescheduling or questions about a specific appointment, message your stylist in the in-app chat or email us.

How do I delete my account?

You can request account deletion at any time. See our account deletion page or email support@bookglamngo.com.

For Stylists

How do I get verified?

During onboarding you'll verify your identity and your cosmetology license. Once approved, you can set your services, pricing, and service areas, and start accepting bookings.

How do I set where I work?

In your profile, open Service Area and draw one or more zones on the map where you're available. Customers can only find you for addresses inside your zones, and every zone must stay within the state your license covers.

How and when do I get paid?

Payouts are processed securely through Stripe. Connect your payout account in your profile to receive earnings from completed bookings.

How do I grow my client base?

Share your profile with the built-in QR code and invite link. Customers who scan or open your link automatically save you as a favorite.
