This Privacy Policy applies to Book Glam N Go (also marketed as "Glam N Go"), a service operated by E&K Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). It explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use the Book Glam N Go mobile application, website (bookglamngo.com), or related services (collectively, the "Service").

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account.
To connect Customers with verified Stylists and facilitate bookings.
To verify Stylist identity and cosmetology license status.
To share a Stylist's real-time location with the Customer during en-route transit.
To process payments through Stripe.
To send booking confirmations, reminders, and service-related notifications.
To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
To improve and personalize the Service.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Services

We share information with the following categories of third parties, solely to operate the Service:

Supabase — Authentication, database, and backend infrastructure.
Stripe — Payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
Didit — Identity verification (government ID, liveness, face match). See Didit's Privacy Policy.
BeautyAList / Licensify — Cosmetology license verification via OpenID.
Google Maps — Mapping and navigation. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Firebase — Push notifications and hosting.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

4. Location Data

When a Stylist marks themselves as en route to an appointment, their device's GPS location is broadcast in real time to the Customer who booked the appointment. This sharing is clearly indicated in the app and stops when the Stylist ends the session or arrives. Location data is not stored beyond the active session.

5. Identity Verification Data

Stylist identity verification is processed by Didit. Government ID images and biometric liveness data are transmitted directly to Didit's servers and are subject to their data retention policies. We store only the verification status and session identifier — not the raw ID images or biometric data.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active.
License verification data is retained to maintain ongoing compliance.
Real-time location data is ephemeral and not stored after the session ends.
If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security policies, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your data.
Opt out of certain data processing.
Export your data in a portable format.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
