Welcome to Book Glam N Go (also marketed as "Glam N Go"), a service provided by E&K Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Book Glam N Go mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
Book Glam N Go connects customers seeking beauty services with independently licensed cosmetology professionals ("Stylists"). We are a technology platform; we are not a beauty salon and do not employ Stylists. Stylists are independent contractors who set their own availability and pricing.
Stylists must complete license verification through our third-party verification partners and identity verification before providing services through the platform. While we take reasonable steps to verify credentials, we do not guarantee the quality of any Stylist's work.
Customers may host group bookings ("Glam Parties"). The host is responsible for providing an accurate location and ensuring a suitable environment for the Stylist to perform services.
When a Stylist is en route, their approximate location may be shared with the Customer in real time to facilitate the appointment. Stylists consent to this sharing when they accept a booking. Location broadcasting stops when the Stylist ends the session.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with the Service — including the marks "Book Glam N Go" and "Glam N Go" — are owned by E&K Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E&K Technologies LLC (d/b/a Book Glam N Go) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless E&K Technologies LLC (d/b/a Book Glam N Go), its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
