Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Book Glam N Go account and the personal data associated with it. Book Glam N Go is operated by E&K Technologies LLC.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

Open the Book Glam N Go app and sign in.
Go to Settings (tap your profile icon).
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Follow the on-screen confirmation prompts.

Your account and associated personal data will be deleted immediately, subject to the retention rules described below.

Option 2 — Email request

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address on your account and we will process your deletion request:

Please include the email address on your account, your full name, and (if applicable) the phone number associated with the account so we can verify your identity. We will respond within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, email, phone number, profile photo, hair profile, addresses).
Your account credentials and authentication records.
Friend connections, party memberships, and chat messages you authored.
Push-notification tokens and device identifiers tied to your account.
For stylists: your portfolio, services, availability, service-area, and license-verification records.

What we may retain (and why)

To comply with legal, tax, payment-processor, and anti-fraud obligations, certain information may be retained in a limited form after account deletion:

Booking and transaction records (amounts, dates, services, payouts) — retained for up to 7 years to meet financial-reporting and tax requirements. Personally identifying fields are reduced to what is legally required.
Stripe payment records — retained by Stripe under their own policies; we cannot delete data held by Stripe.
Identity-verification results (for stylists, via Didit) — retained as required by our identity-verification provider and applicable regulations.
Reports, disputes, support tickets, and moderation actions (e.g., bans, suspensions) — retained to protect other users and prevent abuse.
Aggregated/anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you.

Active bookings or parties: If you have active or upcoming bookings, an active party, or an ongoing payout/dispute, you will be asked to complete or cancel them before deletion can proceed.

Timeline

In-app deletions take effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days of verification. Backups containing deleted data are purged on our regular backup-retention cycle (typically within 90 days).
